●The deadline for returning the product is within 7 days of the arrival date. Please ship the product within 7 days, including the day you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 7 days.

●For both returns and exchanges , please contact us in advance with the reason for return. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" form or by phone (052-835-5748). If you return the item without contacting us, we may refuse to accept it.

●Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to customer reasons.

●If the product itself is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same color and size. (If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.)

●Products purchased other than from the online store can only be returned at the store where they were purchased. Please call the store where you purchased the product directly.

If you would like gift wrapping,
Click on the "Order Notes" section in the SHOPPING CART and enter your details.
●If multiple purchases are made,
"Request for bulk wrapping"
Please enter details about the wrapping method, such as "I would like each item wrapped individually."
●The product will arrive packaged.
●Due to their size, caddy bags/Boston bags will be packaged simply.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for gift wrapping after you have completed your order.
●We cannot wrap the product after it has been shipped.
●We do not sell wrapping materials alone.
