[Returns and exchanges]

●The deadline for returning the product is within 7 days of the arrival date. Please ship the product within 7 days, including the day you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 7 days.

●For both returns and exchanges , please contact us in advance with the reason for return. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" form or by phone (052-835-5748). If you return the item without contacting us, we may refuse to accept it.

●Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to customer reasons.

●If the product itself is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same color and size. (If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.)

●Products purchased other than from the online store can only be returned at the store where they were purchased. Please call the store where you purchased the product directly.

●If you would like wrapping, please click on the "Order Notes" section in your shopping cart and enter the details.
●If you purchase multiple items, please fill in the details about the wrapping method, such as "I would like them wrapped together" or "I would like them wrapped individually."
●The product will arrive packaged.
●Due to their size, caddy bags/Boston bags will be packaged simply.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for gift wrapping after you have completed your order.
●We are unable to provide wrapping after the item has been shipped.
●We do not sell wrapping materials alone.
